SIHM follows a transparent, student-friendly refund process. Please read this section carefully before enrolling.

How to Submit a Cancellation Request

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing only โ€” verbal or telephonic requests are not accepted.

Your email must include:

  • Full Name & Enrollment ID
  • Program Name & Batch Start Date
  • Reason for Cancellation
  • Bank Account Details for Refund

The date of receipt of the email shall be treated as the official cancellation date for refund calculation.

* Admin deduction โ‚น1,500 applies to all eligible cases. Registration fee (โ‚น1,000) is non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Components

  • โœ–Administrative Processing Fee
  • โœ–Study Materials / Kit Charges
  • โœ–Examination / Assessment Fees (once conducted)
  • โœ–GST charged on fees paid

Refund Method

  • โœ”UPI / Bank Transfer โ†’ original bank account only
  • โœ”Debit / Credit Card โ†’ original card
  • โœ”Demand Draft โ†’ new DD in student's name
  • โœ–Cross-account or third-party refunds โ€” NOT issued
  • โ„นEMI / Loan: refund credited to lender. Student responsible for lender penalties.

Special Circumstances

๐Ÿซ Institute-Initiated Cancellation

If SIHM cancels a batch before the start date, a full refund including admin charges will be processed within 10 working days.

๐Ÿ” Batch Transfer Option

Within the 15-day window, students may request a one-time free batch transfer subject to seat availability and written confirmation.

โ›… Force Majeure

Disruptions caused by natural disasters, government directives, or pandemics are outside SIHM's control. Refunds evaluated individually.

๐Ÿšซ Disciplinary Expulsion

Students removed due to disciplinary violations are not entitled to any refund. Includes cases of academic fraud or misrepresentation.

We commit to acknowledging all refund queries within 2 working days.

Formal grievances submitted to support@siyaedu.in will be acknowledged within 7 working days. Unresolved matters may be escalated under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).
