Cancellation & Refund Policy
SIHM follows a transparent, student-friendly refund process. Please read this section carefully before enrolling.

How to Submit a Cancellation Request
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing only — verbal or telephonic requests are not accepted.

Subject: Cancellation Request – [Full Name] – [Enrollment ID] – [Program Name]
Your email must include:
- Full Name & Enrollment ID
- Program Name & Batch Start Date
- Reason for Cancellation
- Bank Account Details for Refund
⚠ Important
The date of receipt of the email shall be treated as the official cancellation date for refund calculation.
Refund Eligibility Matrix

Non-Refundable Components
- ✖Registration Fee (₹1,000)
- ✖Administrative Processing Fee
- ✖Study Materials / Kit Charges
- ✖Examination / Assessment Fees (once conducted)
- ✖GST charged on fees paid
Refund Method
- ✔UPI / Bank Transfer → original bank account only
- ✔Debit / Credit Card → original card
- ✔Demand Draft → new DD in student's name
- ✖Cross-account or third-party refunds — NOT issued
- ℹEMI / Loan: refund credited to lender. Student responsible for lender penalties.
Special Circumstances
🏫 Institute-Initiated Cancellation
If SIHM cancels a batch before the start date, a full refund including admin charges will be processed within 10 working days.
🔁 Batch Transfer Option
Within the 15-day window, students may request a one-time free batch transfer subject to seat availability and written confirmation.
⛅ Force Majeure
Disruptions caused by natural disasters, government directives, or pandemics are outside SIHM's control. Refunds evaluated individually.
🚫 Disciplinary Expulsion
Students removed due to disciplinary violations are not entitled to any refund. Includes cases of academic fraud or misrepresentation.
